The New Year is right around the corner. Within the next few weeks we will be staring down the barrel of 2017. It is NOW that we should be thinking about what our New Years Resolutions are going to be and we are going to try and change about ourselves. Most will think about their resolutions around about 11:00pm on December 31 and then half ass say what 90% of people say they want to change. This is why the gym is packed on January 2nd and then empty a week later.
If you put a little bit of planning in what you want to say is your new years resolution, then you need a little bit of work to be done. Now is the time you should be getting everything in order and written down. Plan ahead so you don’t fail this year like most everyone did this past year.
